Memphis Jewish High School Announces Website
MEMPHIS, TN (4/25/07) – After an intensive six-week effort, Memphis Jewish High School has launched its website which can be found at www.mjhschool.org. Ms. Adrian Weissman, head of Memphis Jewish High School, announced today “The website is yet another example of our commitment to excellence in both Jewish and secular studies. Individuals will now be able to go online and see ‘up close and personal’ what our school is all about.”
“Potential students, parents, donors and other interested parties will be able to take a virtual tour through our school, as well as learn about our mission, our history and faculty,” said Andrew J. Groveman, president of Memphis Jewish High School. “In addition, people will be able to make donations in a super-secure online environment vis-à-vis credit card, if they so desire. They can send out tribute cards honoring a loved one or a friend, send a donation in memory of a loved one or friend, or sign up for our weekly newsletter. It is a very dynamic and content-rich website of which our faculty, administration and board are extremely proud,” he added.
The website was designed by Robert Parker, president of RND Web Services. Parker is extremely impressed with the richness and expansiveness of the content within the site. “I have enjoyed working with Adrian Weissman and her staff to deliver a functional and informative website which conveys in a 21st century way the school’s mission and vision. What I found interesting is the link to PowerSchool which allows students and parents to review faculty comments, test scores and upcoming assignments in a secure and private manner,” said Parker. Groveman continued, “We are so proud of Adrian Weissman, head of school, and our faculty. All of us have been looking forward to the launch of the website as it gives us a real sense of completing the one remaining marketing piece that our school needed. In addition, our website is an important piece for us in our requirements for SACS/CASI accreditation. The initial feedback from users has been extremely gratifying. People have found the site to be extremely user friendly, informative and fun. There is a photo gallery, as well as a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section where users can click to get answers to some of their questions. Persons interested in visiting the school will be able to make an appointment online.”
